A. ORDERING
1. How do I order from Sterling Gifts?
You may get in touch with Sterling Gifts for orders.
2. Is there a minimum amount of order needed?
Sample orders amounting to US$2000.00 are accepted provided that all items are part of the SGI (Sterling Gifts, Inc.) production line and minimum quantity per design is ordered.
For subsequent regular orders, minimum requirement range is from 12 to 30 pieces or pairs per design and total value of at least US$3000.00.

B. DESIGN
1. How long does it take to make designs?
Modifications to existing products and prototypes from client’s ideas or designs are undertaken with a lead time to be agreed on. A surcharge is added for these and shall be based on actual cost. All special dies/molds for designs exclusive to the buyer are also for the account of the buyer.
2. Am I entitled to design exclusivity?
Yes. Any SGI design can be sold exclusively to any client provided the design has not already been sold to another client and a minimum of 200 to 1200 pieces/pairs (depending on design) per annum is ordered. Once the minimum is not ordered in any year, SGI reserves the right to cancel the exclusivity agreement. Any design developed by SGI for a client is exclusively that client’s property provided a minimum agreed upon per annum is ordered.
C. PAYMENT PROCESS
1. How is the mode of payment?
Prices quoted are ex-factory Manila. Documentation, freight and bank charges are for the buyer’s account. Payment by telegraphic transfer is preferred.

D. PRODUCT TURNOVER
1. What is your production timeline?
This varies between 45-90 days. Delivery date is indicated upon acceptance of the order and are subject to receipt of full and final payment.
2. How can I claim my order?
Orders are shipped via courier.
